Did you know that in Genesis, just as man was to have dominion over all living things, there are certain
plants that have dominion over other plants by their intelligent design? Even though the study of biology is dominated by scientists that do not believe in Creation, it cannot be denied that
there exists an intelligent design that makes up what we call the Plant Kingdom.
The study of all living plants is called Botany. According to the current International Code of
Nomenclature (ICN) Chapter 1, Article 3, living algae, fungi and plants can be principallly ranked or taxed according to their weighted value of heirarchy, from greatest to least. This
taxonomic ranking is listed into the following seven groups: Kingdom, division or phylum, class, order, family, genus and species.
Within the "Plant Kingdom", they can be divided into those that produce seeds and those which
don't. This "phylum or division"of plants which have seeds are called Spermatophytes. Within this general "class" of Spermato-phytes there are those which don't produce flowers
called Gymnosperms and those that do which are called Angiosperms giving them dominance.
Within general biologic terminology, an "order" is a means by which certain members of a class
containing families are ranked over others, based on their dominance giving them special heirarchy.
Despite the diversity and complexity of the distinct "species" within each "family" of
Angiosperms that exist, there are distinctive common traits reproduced among it's respective ancestors whose "genera" (pleural of genus) resemble each other generation after
generation.
Where there is intelligent design, there is an intelligent designer whose name is not Evolution but rather is called our Creator.
Where there is a Mineral Kingdom, a Vegetable Kingdom, and an Animal Kingdom, there also is a Kingdom of God with a King that has dominion over all that was made.
