In general, for chronic Illnesses, recipes containing multiple species of either the Mustard or the Umbelliferae Families are commonly used because of their extremely powerful healing properties. Examples of the Mustard Family, otherwise known as the Cruciferous Brassicaceae Family are Bok Choy, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Mustard Greens, Radishes, Watercress, etc. Examples of the Umbelliferae Family are Carrots, Celery, Cilantro, Coriander, Cumin, Dill, Fennel, Onions, Parsley, Parsnips, etc.
