Hello Friends:
In general, for chronic Illnesses, recipes containing multiple species of either the Mustard or the Umbelliferae Families are commonly used because of their extremely powerful healing properties. These healing properties include, but not limited to cleansing of the blood, by their ability to retrieve nutrients and or genetic information from their respective offices contained within the deepest and innermost parts stored in the hollow of the bones called the medulla to the upper and furthermost recesses of your brain, and by their innate ability to remove unwanted toxins or erroneous genetic information contained within.
Examples of the Mustard Family, otherwise known as the Cruciferous Brassicaceae Family are Bok Choy, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Mustard Greens, Radishes, Watercress, etc. Examples of the Umbelliferae Family are Carrots, Celery, Cilantro, Coriander, Cumin, Dill, Fennel, Onions, Parsley, Parsnips, etc.
Diseases are manifested by build-up of toxic wastes and deficiencies. When deficiencies or build-up of hard cholesterol plaques, and or unwanted free radical toxins such as heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites and or other poisons are present causing disease, and these two families of plants, engineered with long hollow cylinders of various sizes and shapes, designed for retrieving, transporting and delivering substances to and from the mind and body through highways called arteries and veins are ingested, they promote a cleansing effect of hygiene on the mind and body to restore one’s health.
The combination of both of these Families of plants, used in conjunction with one another are extremely complementary, working night and day. When a third Family of plants is included called the Citrus Family is used, the combined beneficial effects of all 3 Families used together is greater than their sum. This is called synergism. Examples of the Citrus Family are Grapefruit, Lemons, Limes, Oranges, Tangerines, etc., however the lesser the sugar content, the greater is their free radical scavenger potential. There are multiple combinations which may be prepared in a number of different ways, all of which are very effective, however the following is one of the easiest to prepare:
